This track is based on Chirai from the up-coming Broly movie.
I designed this track to have a spacey mysterious feel, as not much is known about her other then she joined Frieza's Army after King Cold and Frieza were defeated and decided she wanted to help Broly.
My guess is she's a kind of Han Solo type character (I agree with what Geekdom101 thinks too), and that she is one of the surviving Tsufurians/Tuffles, maybe trying to get revenge on Frieza for the destruction of the Planet, aswell as help Broly destroy the remaining Saiyans, for the elimination of her race.
Complex but why not? Either that or Toriyama forgot about the Tsufurian race and just decided to create this character as a plot developer.
