This track is based on a spoiled leak for episode 115-118. Some where in those episodes, 17 and 18 come to aid Goku who is having trouble with Kefla, and they also take on Universe 3's Katopesla, and at some point Ribrianne.
The leak suggests a Universe is erased in that time, so my guess is it is Universe 2 with the elimination of Ribrianne and her Kamakaze Fireball partner.
