This track is based on the Modified Mechanoid Cyborg Cop, Catopesra of Universe 3.
I love the design of this guy, he kinda looks like a Super Hero or something with the big 'P' on his chest and belt buckle. Plus under his helmet he has an interesting look. Blue Skin, White/Grey hair and purple eyes, sort of like the angels, although he is mortal.
He tried to attack Jiren while he was in his meditaion state and was blown away just by Jiren's barrier but i'd like to see more from this guy later in the tournament.
