This track is based on the up coming scene, from episode 112; Vegeta's Resolve!
In this episode, as leaked/Spoiled/Teased, Cabba see's his team mates in trouble and tries to defend them, fighting against Mona from Universe 4.
He loses the battle and is knocked out towards the ring edge, when Vegeta suddenly saves him.
Vegeta then tell's Cabba to fight with out regret/restraint.
I generalized the spoiler there so I might have that slightly wrong, but this track is about that scene.
