This track is based on episode 123 [SPOILERZ!], with the title of the episode being similar to the track name.
Many have speculated to who this could be about and it's likely to be Goku Unlocking UI at full power.
But, also a theory is that if Vegeta unlocks the Attacking side of UI and Goku with the defending side of UI, if they fused into Vegito, they would have both UI sides and become the strongest fighter in the arena.
With this power they would more the equal to Jiren and maybe even able to take him down, that's unless they don't run out of time before they can win the fight.
