This track is based on all those who possess or have attained the level/ability to use Instinctive Movement. The ability to react without thinking, body and spirit over mind.
I have included Goku as he has just learnt or stumbled upon this ability, aswell as Jiren who I assume is using this ability.
The Angels and Daishinkan I can only assume have this skill already as Whis explained to Goku and Vegeta once that his body reacts with his mind thinking of the movement.
This theme is based around the ascension of the ability into its fullest.
